PROJECT FOR A CAUSE

Healing Classrooms
Helping people is always inspiring! I always try to motivate my students and show them ways to act to help others. We live in hard times. So, I decided to raise awareness through a pinwheel project. Bezos Foundation asks for pinwheels to donate $2 for each one. Children enjoyed it and had loads of ideas on how to make more pinwheels and give more money to children in Syria.

WORKSHOP ON STORY CARDS

Right before Covid-19 and its restrictions, I had the opportunity to deliver a workshop in collaboration with Kitrino Patini Publishing House and its brand product - STORY CARDS (ΠΑΡΑΜΥΘΟΚΑΡΤΕΣ).

In this workshop, teachers of different stages and backgrounds participated, as our main goal was to make our lessons more fun, engaging and effective. Teachers became students as they had to get actively involved in the activities presented and delve into the children's world, taking with them their inner child!

*A few weeks later, the workshop was presented to parents and children in the bookshop Books and Beans to encourage engaging and inspiring ways for parents to spend quality time with their children.
